    Privacy and information handling

This notice explains how we handle information you share through PrimeReadySub and the choices you have about optional analytics.

    Information you choose to share

Program, challenge, scope and contact inquiries collect the contact details and program information you enter. Required information includes a name, company, email address and useful information about the need. Optional details help us assess fit and discuss next steps.

Share only public or non-sensitive information you are authorized to share. Do not submit classified information, controlled government information, health records, credentials or other protected materials through public forms. If protected materials are needed, we will arrange an appropriate sharing method.

Inquiries are stored in the application database and made available through authenticated internal review tools. Notification delivery uses the configured email integration and may fail independently of successful storage. A receipt confirms that information was saved; it does not confirm email delivery, guarantee a response time or guarantee teaming. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing.

    Uploads, AI and retention

Our inquiry forms accept text and public links, not file uploads. New program inquiries are not automatically sent to AI for assessment. Access to stored inquiries and previously supplied documents requires authentication.

Submitted information is not automatically deleted after a fixed interval. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. We will review the request and any contractual or legal obligations before confirming what action can be taken.

    Optional first-party analytics

Application-controlled analytics are off until you opt in using the controls below. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal takes priority. Your choice is saved locally in this browser; it is not a cross-domain visitor identifier.

When enabled, we measure public page categories, permitted engagement clicks, form starts and confirmed received inquiries by type. Only fixed, allowlisted campaign labels and source domains are eligible for attribution. Unknown campaign values are discarded. Form content, email addresses, raw URL queries, full referrers, document identifiers, IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in these analytics. Internal and unrecognized routes are excluded.

After opt-in, permitted attribution can follow navigation between public pages in this open page session for up to 30 minutes. It is held in memory, not in an attribution cookie or browser-storage record. Reloading or closing the page loses that journey. Turning analytics off, detecting a browser privacy signal or entering an internal or unrecognized route clears it. We do not recover campaign information from visits made before consent.

Analytics events are sent to this application, not forwarded by our code to advertising tags. We do not join visitors across websites. A calendar click is not a confirmed meeting, and booking completion is not currently measured. Browser controls and opt-outs mean these counts are incomplete.

    Optional analytics: off

    Hosting, security and third-party links

The site uses hosting, database and configured email services to operate. Network providers necessarily receive technical connection information to serve requests; the application’s analytics controls do not erase infrastructure logs. The application also uses Google-hosted fonts, which require a browser request to that provider. External links are subject to the destination’s own practices.

Application request logs omit payloads and identifying URL paths. Abuse prevention uses connection information separately from analytics. No public website is an approved channel for every category of protected information, and access controls are not a guarantee against every security risk.
