Report a barrier or request another format
If a page, form or document is difficult to use, email rrutledge@rutledge.associates. You may use this contact channel instead of the program intake form.
Include the page or document name, the task you were trying to complete and the format or assistance you need. Browser or assistive-technology details are optional. Do not send protected program information, passwords or sensitive personal records when reporting a barrier.
We will assess the issue and discuss a practical alternative.
Intake and documents
A short text description is enough to begin a program conversation. The form accepts text and public links; no file upload is needed.
